In this presentation we will cover 3 ways of extending the base SharePoint 2007 functionality, Alerts, Policies and STSADM.
We will customize the Alert email for a specific content type used in a specific list.
We will build a sample policy that creates a "shadow copy" of documents in another site.
Finally we will extend STSadm to add new commands.
